Job Description
• Providing first level support through taking calls and supporting Service Requests
• Installing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanner
• Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
• Repair and recover from software failures
• following-up LAN(local area network) and WAN (Wide Area Network).
• Develop and maintain local network
• Manage routers and configure it ( Wlan , DHCP , Port mapping , Port forward , public Ip ) for all branches
• Repair any network failure and follow up with ISP
• Make a Periodic visit for all Branches and Wearhouse
• Setup new surveillance ( CCTV Cameras and DVR )
• Solving problems for all employers • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Creating incidents and service desk tickets in the system and help other IT colleagues for inventory and other IT related works
• Providing technical support across company’s branches.
• Keeping the inventory of the IT hardware up to date.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Males Only
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Preferred certified CCNA -MCSA- Linux - Firewall's at least experience and awareness
- Advanced knowledge in Network Troubleshooting & Microsoft office..
- English Language: Very good writing, Speaking and reading.
- Prefer (Nasr City - New Cairo - Masr el gedida - Mokattam - Maadi ) Residents
