Job Description
- Execute general company's policy for Sales Department integrated with Strategy and Vision.
- Cooperate with Sales Manager to create sales plans and discuss it with his team.
- Receive customer's database from Marketing & Customer Service Departments and distribute it on team.
- Create Team Action Plan aiming to achieving Team Target and managing them effectively and efficiently.
- Train Sales Team to ensure the unity of communication and the presented info to customers.
- Manage Team performance, Develop it and create Teamwork and Team Spirit.
- Follow-up the contracts till signed and returned to Legal Department and Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate field, (minimum 2 years of experience in the same position).
- Aware with New Capital market.
- Excellent communications with brokerage companies.
- Good command in English language.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Profile A.
- Own car preferred.
