Job Description
- Lead and drive the manufacturing operations team of the entire plant for implementation of operational strategies, monitor daily progress and take corrective actions for further improvement.
- Implementation of safety standards through implementation of process, equipment and behavioral safety protocols in line with the company regulations and local legislations to ensure safer working place.
- Implementation of quality systems to ensure quality standards.
- Analysis of product complaints and implement action plans for corrective actions and process update.
- Implement autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance for best utilization of equipment and resources leading to achieving minimal machine breakdown.
- Analysis of machine breakdown trends, driving for implementation of corrective actions.
- Responsible for continuous benchmarking of key performance targets of the plant with other regional best manufacturing sites and driving programs for continuous improvement.
- Drive implementation of innovation projects plant looking for best alternatives / options of design for manufacturing, following category technology selection and support the innovation delivery as a part of agreed network.
- Responsible for skill gap analysis of subordinates and driving actions to develop knowledge / skills on Production, -maintenance-planning in consultation with HR and the Factory Manager.
