HR Specialist 

Job brief
We are looking to employ a skilled HR Specialist who responsible for administrative tasks with excellent communication skills, to be knowledgeable about labor process & hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Create and update personnel records for each employee and maintain the employee database.
-Ensure legal compliance of the new hires according to the relevant policies. 
-Ensure that work contracts are renewed or terminated on time. 
-Handle employees' social and medical insurance procedures. 
-Monitor staff annual and sick leave balances to maintain full compliance with labor law and leave policy.
-Handle Monthly attendance reports.
 -Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine."

-Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance 

-Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, etc.

-Controlling the vacation and track the vacation balance of all employees

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

-1-3 years of experience 
-Males Only
-HR Diploma is a preferred
-Excellent communication 
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation
