Job Description
. Analyze end-to-end consumer experience consumer and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
· Deploy successful marketing campaigns, events, weekly and yearly promotion calendar and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
· Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
· Monitor and enhance the posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
· Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures.
· Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns (digital/ offline) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
. Develop strategies and tactics to spread the word about Bakier to increases stores’ traffic.
· Follow up on developing varied designs such as: brochures, applications layouts, giveaways, manuals, and characters with the Graphic Designer to ensure conveying the marketing strategy. · Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
· Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
· Plan and build cobranding activities with third parties.
· Ensure implementation of all department related policies.
. Assist, guide and coach the team in resolving day-to-day problems and conducting required tasks efficiently and effectively.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· 7 - 10 years’ experience.
· Fluent English is necessary.
· Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
· Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
