Job Description
- Installs, supports and maintains the company’s hardware and software infrastructure.
- Undertakes routine preventative measures and implements, maintains, and monitors network and systems security.
- Suggests and provides IT solutions to business and management problems.
- Analysis and resolves all IT-related faults, ranging from a forgotten password to a major network and system crash.
- Ensures all backup and restore procedures are processed and documented.
- Responds to escalated help desk issues.
- Manages email, anti-spam, and virus protection.
- Sets up user accounts, permissions, passwords and all network and systems security-related issues.
- Monitors network and Internet usage, other company’s offices, and branches.
- Ensures the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers.
- Ensures that all IT equipment complies with industry and company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provides training and technical support for users with varying IT knowledge and competence levels.
- Supervises other staff, such as IT help-desk technicians / IT Support.
- Manages the security of the company's website and all other publicly accessible services.
- Ensures proper scheduling of availability for off-hour emergency contact to address possible systems malfunctions immediately.
- Communicates with suppliers and other external business partners.
- Strictly complies with all company standards, policies, and procedures
- All activities listed in processes and procedures of the Company, and in particular the Digital Transformation and IT departments.
- All other activities according to the company’s needs and requests.

- Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services.
- Microsoft O365 Administration.
- Microsoft Online SharePoint Server.

- Cisco IOS Software.
- FortiGate UTM Firewalland VPN Security.
- Core Networking – routers, switches, and accesspoints (Indoor and outdoor).
- Fiber Optic networking.
- VMware Infrastructure.

- iSCSI, Fiber Optic Storage Networking.
- Linux administration.
- IT Security Advanced Level.
- Advanced Troubleshooting and advanced evaluation of IT products.
