Job Description
- Support remotely our customer orders and restaurant managers through inbound and outbound calls
- Manage the full operations of the Qurba places platform and suite of mobile/web products for our users and place managers.
- Sign-up places managers on our platform
- Support place managers with updating their data accurately on our platform
- Support users and place managers using our customer support solutions
- Provide full support to users and place managers during work hours
- Manage and update data on the Qurba platform to ensure accuracy of data
- Provide reports on the growth of users and place managers
- Provide advice and suggestions for features required by place managers and users
- Provide advice and suggestions on marketing direction, and industries to focus/target
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer support, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills,
- Complete fluency in English and Arabic language
- Experience in an operation role
- Experience in data entry/management
- Experience in a business/operations role in an IT / Software company
- Proficiency with computers, preferable with CRM software, and strong typing skills
