Job Description

  • Responsible for setting the Production Company Budget in cooperation with his line Managers -Production Manager, Facility Manager, R&D, and Q.A. Manager.
  • Responsible for overviewing of all production and recommending most effective means of getting the required products to meet the overall company strategy.
  • Responsible for Setting up the annual company Business plan and coordinate its preparations including operating and Capital.
  • Responsible for providing information and support in development of long-range plans.
  • Responsible for keeping the management informed of threats and opportunities in the market.
  • Responsible for setting measurable objectives for the production activities in cooperation with his line managers each within his area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for Ensuring maximum production resources.
  • Responsible for Reporting to Management on financial performance of the company and provide financial analysis of current operations and future plans.
  • Responsible for Monitoring deviations from budget and take corrective actions to meet established goals.
  • Responsible for creating detailed records for all production-related aspects to be used as a reference.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and health regulations.
  • Responsible for Overseeing expansion, remodel and major repair and maintenance projects as well as improve the production Process.
  • Responsible for Coordinating with marketing department to achieve the marketing plan through the introduction of new and developed products with the R & D.
  • Responsible for ensuring the development of policies that are cost–effective and legal.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely evaluation of his subordinates based on written Job Descriptions.

Job Requirements

  • BSc Of Agriculture Science , Science or related major.
  • 15- 20 yeras hands-on experience in production within FMCG organization , minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Very good in English.
  • Leadership & Time Management skills.
  • Strong awareness & deep knowledge of GMP , Quality standards & techniques.
