Job Description
- Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Achieving sales targets and department goals.
- Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast
- Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
- Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customers and customer contacts
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Setting sales quarter, annual, and biannual plans.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and ease internal communication
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree.
- 5+ Years of experience with at least 3 years as a team leader or managerial position.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Experience in the service sales industry is a plus.
- Successful proven experience as a sales team leader/supervisor, consistently exceeding targets.
- High level of commitment.
