Job Description

• Helping company identify new markets and customers.

• Manage all communications with customers, monitor all samples and orders for customer 
• Generating and enhancing the sales of the products in existing/ new foreign markets.
• Conducting Market Research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
• Following up placed orders with planning/ production departments along with deliveries and loading dates.
• Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that export documentation is completed properly.
• Coordinating with operations/ logistics teams to ensure that export documentations such as bills of lading, packing lists, insurance certificates and invoices are completed properly.
• Coordinating with financial team to ensure that all payment terms are within company’s policy and that all clients payments are collected on time.
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience export sales.
  • Maximum age 30
  • Fluent command of English language.
  • Alexandria resident is preferred.
  • Excellent level of practice for MS office with high rate of typing speed.
