Job Description

  • ProCrew is a partner of LamasaTech (UK), an award-winning B2B technology provider, Diyafa-group (KSA), and a partner of Ocucon (UK),  becoming the largest provider of video analytics services. We believe that success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people.
  • We are looking for an Account Manager  to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer request.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
  • Manage a client’s projects from beginning to end.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.

Job Requirements

   Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Experience (2-4) years of experience as an account manager (preferably in the software industry).
  •  Prefer professional certification (ex: from Business Administration)

Skills:

  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
