Job Description

Role Summary

  • Responsible for managing the company's marketing activities. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to Senior Executives and should have previous experience working with the Saudi Market.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Form part of the company steering committee that will set the strategy and KPIs for the online proposition.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Development and management of own and paid digital communication channels
  • Raising brand awareness, number of visitors and visibility on targeted social media and channels
  • Proposing and developing content creation for blog, social networks and newsletter campaigns
  • Research and analysis of the potential of online channels
  • Monitoring the competition and proposing new marketing solutions
  • Campaign management email marketing development and management, programmatic, VOL, Social Media, Rich media.
  • Oversee all website & Mobile Apps content and creative direction, ensuring the content is measured and optimized.
  • Define the strategy and oversee the execution of all social, digital, display, video, email, influencers and other digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Drive a segmented CRM approach that feeds on customer data and insights.
  • Lead a team and manage budget across digital marketing.
  • Develop, drive, and execute an innovative and ambitious eCommerce plan focused on targeted markets and categories.
  • Work closely with the Sales/Commercial Team to ensure strategic alignment with your eCommerce strategy, marketing plans, promotions and campaigns to promote a cohesive brand story.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Proposing and developing content creation for blog, social networks and newsletter campaigns
  • Collaborate with Commercial manager to implement new and modified programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in creating, recommending and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for products and services of the organization.
  • Maximize online conversion through developing effective customer journeys, multi-device strategy and optimizing site speed.
  • Utilize web analytics to gain insight into user behaviours.
  • Manage regular reporting of onsite analytics & performance for data-driven decisions to maximize conversion and online sales.

Job Requirements

Who you will be:

  • Essential: experience in demand generation, COA and ROI optimization.
  • Essential: Excellent understanding of the Saudi market: customer behaviour, market trends, influencing factors, statistics, analytics and more.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience across online and offline marketing with strong digital experience
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • A passion for using customer insights to develop campaigns that engage customers and meet business targets
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the use of CRM tools for developing lead generation strategies and driving email campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English and Arabic
  • Experience in managing/developing websites & Mobile Aps and associated digital marketing programmes for an established brand or business of size and scale
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Client side or agency side experience with knowledge and experience in working across; UI/UX, design & build, PPC/SEO, CRM.
  • Team leadership experience with proven experience in coaching and driving a digital team
