Job Description

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, settlements, and subpoenas
  • Coordinating with clients and attorneys to schedule appointments and other events
  • Maintaining client files and records in order to provide legal services efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring that the office runs smoothly by managing the administrative tasks 
  • Managing office operations to ensure that all staff members have what they need to do their jobs effectively
  • Scheduling meetings and other events for clients 
  • Preparing legal documents such as briefs and 
  • Communicating with clients to obtain information about cases and ensure that they understand the steps involved in each case
  • Reviewing cases for possible settlement opportunities or other legal options that may benefit the client

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 to 11 years of related work experience
  • proficiency in English is a MUST 
  • Experience in real estate is a huge plus
  • Professional qualifications to include membership in Legal professional body (bodies) is preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment affecting legal documentations
  • Thorough knowledge of judicial procedures and rules.
  • Ability to provide guidance and advice on legal/policy and legislative issues, and the ability to negotiate through collaboration
  • Ability to perform legal research
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, recommend and implement solutions in a timely fashion
  • Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues
  • Highly developed organizational, analytical and problem solving skills are required
  • The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
  • A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
