Our Middle East Finance Department is now seeking a talented, passionate, and energetic Finance Intern to join the Controlling & Accounting team.
Location: Dubai
Duration: 6 months

The Role:

The Finance Intern, as any member of the team, has an opportunity to have a 360º vision over our Finance department. Development and engagement are the main characteristics of the role as he/she will be working closely with both Controlling and Accounting sides of all YNAP Group brands.
The role requires someone rigorous and detail-oriented with good communication skills as the role is very interactive with all Finance teams across the Group, based in Italy, United-Kingdom, and United States of America.

What you will be doing:

Support the Controlling Team on the day-to-day activities Produce Weekly and Monthly Commercial/Retail Reports Support Accounting Team with AP Postings and Accounts Reconciliations Process Monthly Shipment Billing Support with the Monthly P&L Preparation Implement new reports using BI tools Support on the monthly closing activities Assist the team in ad hoc projects as required

What are we are looking for:

Highly motivated, passionate, and eager to learn individual Good communication skills and collaborative attitude are a must Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be a plus Knowledge in BI tools will be a plus Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving environment and to meet tight deadlines Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve finance processes Preferably enrolled student in their last year of master’s or fresh graduates with majors in Finance, Accounting and/or Business administration Previous experience within the field is preferred
