Job Description
- Assist in managing and updating the company website and social media platforms
- Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, tiktok.)
- Coordinate in-store marketing promotions and events across our 5 branches
- Assist in and organize printing materials such as brochures, posters, and banners.
- Support in organizing and executing product launches and in-store activations
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, documents and presentations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Good command of English communication skills (is a must).
- AI-friendly (is a must).
- 1-5 years Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role (is a must).
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.)
- Familiarity with creating Reels is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite) is a big plus
- Presentable
- Experience in leading and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media management tools.
- Advanced knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
