Job Description
- Develops the marketing plan for his/her products to meet corporate goals for sales & profit achievement and growth.
- Ensures effective implementation of marketing plans (monitor, control, revise) and strategy to achieve annual profitability objectives.
- Takes proper decisions on all tactical marketing issues within agreed budget/plan.
- Plans and monitors marketing budgets.
- Develops messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials.
- Works closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, message and tactics, in addition to working to ensure timeliness of deliverables.
- Develops initiatives to maximize field force efforts such as tools and sample strategy, marketing events and all sales force related marketing activities.
- Conducts regular market analysis, develops deep understanding on business dynamics, tracks competitive environment, identifies growth opportunities and develops strategy to maximize brand potential.
- Communicates with vendors on a variety of issues such as follow up on accommodations, registrations, gifts & gimmicks within agreed plan/budget.
- Monitors business performance and the external environment to define long term corrective actions to optimize results.
Job Requirements
- Pharmacy– Physician
- Experience OTC / D2C
- Exp 2 - 4 years at the same title
- MBA holder is prefered
- Marketing diploma from a certified institute/university
