Job Description

  • Meet weekly/monthly targets with all the team of expanding business volumes within existing accounts through regular phone calls and periodic visits and prepare report to Commercial Manager
  • Clearly understand individual accounts’ needs to be able to meet the client’s service quality expectations.
  • Review all booking requests & confirmation from customers.
  • Review booking details & record in assigned sheet (invoice sheet , running booking sheet)
  • Follow up record customers booking data on the dashboard system.
  • Review all Email about booking numbers to operation & fleet departments with all booking specifications for shipment orders (date, port, special requirements, and type of shipment…).
  • Follow up with CRM Team status of orders.
  • Follow up receiving updates of related documents, invoices of shipments orders, and update customers with it.
  • Ensure updating CRM team about the shipment status. 
  • Receiving reports from CRM team about status of customers’ orders to commercial manager.
  • Ensure the SLA’s are being complied to at every stage of the execution process until the client is invoiced accordingly.
  • Ensure team members knowledge is up to date 
  • Continuously monitor the metrics of the team & Provide feedback to the rest of the CRM team to prepare KPI form and send it to commercial manager and HR department.
  • Study and receive all department problems to ensure that all issues are resolved quickly
  • Train New Hires, and provide refresher training sessions for existing employees frequently
  • Support Process Improvement and contribute to process optimization 
  • Support In any other tasks according to business needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • +10 year experience in the field of (Logistics – Trucking – Shipping lines)
  • + 3 years in managerial level.
  • Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Advanced planning and result orientation skills
  • Advanced leadership & team performance management skills.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional manner, presentable, punctual and strong ethical code
  • Professional in decision-making & problem solving.
