Job description

Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Welcome customers to the show-room and answer their queries.
Meet individual and company sales targets.
Handle and resolve customers’ complaints.
Represent and promote the brand with products and services at show-room.
Explain different customizable features.
Provide customer feedback to Head-Office
Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
Determine seasonal trends and adjust displays as needed.
Organize & handle all products in the show-room.
Ensure pricing updated right.
Collect methods of payment and dispense change.
Collect the correct customers data for the company.
Explain products’ value and capabilities to customers.
Inform customers about discounts and special offers.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Degree
Having driving license is preferable.
Gender: Male or Female.
Minimum Experience: 5 year of retail sales experience in furnishing or textiles will be preferred
Job-Specific Skills: Good verbal communication skills, some heavy lifting, Ability to stand for a minimum of 10 hours,
Behavioral Competencies: An eye for furnishing trends and Friendly
