Job Description
- Coordination of production process procedures for one or several products.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determine the necessary employment, equipment and raw materials to cover production demand.
- Assigning workers and other employees to special production operations.
- Follow up the shift schedule and identify work needs.
- Monitor production processes and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Address problems as they arise with the goal of minimal interruption
- Get output information like number of finished products, percentage of defects…etc.
- Preparing the status and performance reports periodically.
- Keep documents and files organized.
- Collaborate with QC, warehouse administrator and other staff.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning software
- Possess organizational skills and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills with different personalities
- Holds a bachelor's degree
