ABOUT THE JOB:
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
- Updating Clients stages on CRM.
- Achieve sales target.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
- Assist Buyers & sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers with the right price under the best terms.
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchase
Job Requirements
- Senior Property consultant with (2-4) years experience in real estate field.
- Preferably have a car.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good Command of English and Good using for Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional attitude, punctual, presentable and customer service focused.
