Job Description
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
- Manage travel and schedule.
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.

Job Requirements
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
