Job Description
- Conducting workshops & scientific events for raising the awareness of Customer and help them to get the highest benefit of the product
- Maintains Product knowledge and provide it by regular staff training and role plays for new and current employees.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Ensuring that the sales message is aligned with the product selling points & with the company’s selling & marketing strategies.
- Maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, scientific events and follow up and reviewing any updated professional publications.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to collect feedback on company products & services.
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base technical notes and articles.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 5 years of experience as a Technical support
- Previous experience in Derma or Plastic surgery, Cosmetics is a MUST
- Medical back ground (Vet, Science, Medicine, pharmacy, Bio-med, Mechatronics,) is a Must
- Very good presentation skills
- Good objection handling and problem-solving skills
- Able to frequent travel
