Job Description
- Studying the design drawings and the executive workshop, reviewing them with the technical office, preparing requests for the required materials and following them up, then presenting them to the project manager
- Supervising the performance of subcontractors, directing it and reporting any problems to the project manager in order to take the necessary actions
- Receiving the raw materials upon importation and ensuring their safety and conformity with the credits
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision of the work of subcontractors.
- Coordination with the consulting engineer to receive the works (preparing the request for delivery of works) and coordination with the quality engineer
- Coordination with the Quality Department in performance and correction of errors if necessary
- Preparing the required reports on the project and the obstacles, finding solutions to them and presenting them to the project manager
- Follow up of subcontractors, labor on site, and ensure safety procedures
- Assisting in preparing the extract of the subcontractors - preparing the owner’s extract, counting quantities, preparing and reviewing what has been implemented and presenting it to the project manager
- Preserving the company's assets and raw materials supplied to the project
- Commitment, full understanding and absolute cooperation with the company's occupational safety and health policy
- Carry out other similar work that is assigned to him that is commensurate with the nature of his work and his academic qualification
Job Requirements
- Experience from 3:5 years
- Experience at banking projects is a must
- Able to travel
