Job Description

  • Handling Purchase Orders, Payment Requests and other similar documents
  • Coordinate with finance department regarding external grant reports
  • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and document control
  • Controlling and approving the grant's operation expenses documents and aligning with the approved budgets.
  • Monitor budget over or under run of budget estimate vs actual daily.
  • Maintain and update projects' budget control system
  • Prepare and issue official letters.
  • Communication between internal departments and external organizations.
  • Assist in handling any administration inquires and tasks.

Job Requirements

  • 1 -3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • Experience as budget controller is preferable
  • Experience in book keeping
  • Experienced in administration tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
