Job Description
- Proficiency in conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, and presentation are necessary and the ability to describe architectural ideas by sketching and computer modeling in necessity.
- Prepare architectural drawings based on design requirements.
- Liaise with other team members internal and external
- Undertake Architectural design including systems design, specifications and schedule.
- Attend meetings with clients, Consultants, other professionals and organizations
- Develop solutions to challenges presented by the client within budget, schedule and project constraints.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers/subcontractors, review their design to ensure the compliance with the project’s requirements.
- Site Supervision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with 6-8 years experience in Interior design and finishing works.
- Presentation And Communication Skills.
- Excellent English.
- Communication and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel, AutoCAD, 3DMAX, Revit, Photoshop and Sketch Up.
