Position Title: Admin & Receptionist

Location: Egypt Head Office
We are seeking a skilled Admin & Receptionist to join our multinational team. This role is pivotal in managing administrative tasks, supporting leadership, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and share updates with relevant parties.
• Handle professional correspondence, respond to emails promptly, and manage office records.
• Coordinate interviews and meetings using platforms like Zoom.
• Oversee office supplies, petty cash, and ensure a hygienic workplace.
• Welcome clients and guests with a professional and positive attitude.
• Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visa processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required by colleagues or management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Prior experience in reception or administration roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Languages: Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Personal Traits:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle stress effectively.
