Job Description
- Undertake all needed action to complete bill of quantities and all materials quantity surveying along with all required specifications by all approved technical drawings in liaison with the design team
- Meeting with sub-contractors to discuss shop drawings details and secure the best competitive prices
- Hire, prepare, and document subcontractor's agreements in coordination with the finance team
- Estimate materials cost per approved technical drawings and sub-contractor's relevant prices.
- Prepare, and update material price list according to market prices coordination with procurement specialist.
- Documenting any design change and updating the project budget accordingly.
- Manage, process, and update variation orders in coordination with the site team.
- Develop and update sub-contractors list in all workflow trades to facilitate the awarding process.
- support design team in shop drawings for all finishing trades.
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
- Manage, and track client invoices cycle according to contract milestones and corresponding site progress in coordination with the finance team.
- Review and authorize quantity surveying for subcontractors, and coordinate with relevant personnel for issuing payment invoices.
- Hire, prepare, and document sub-contractor's agreements in coordination with the finance team.
- In coordination with the site team, measure, and value the completed work on site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in architecture/civil engineering or similar degree.
- At least 4-7 years of experience in tendering and cost breakdown.
- Experience in dealing with complex tenders.
- Mastering MS Office programs.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Details oriented
- Excellent user of AutoCAD
- Familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
