Job Description

  • Expand and utilize different candidates’ sourcing channels for the various positions
  • Conduct Competency Based Interviews and ensure culture fit and initial job fit. Provide hiring managers with shortlists of potential candidates.
  • Extend Job Offers to selected candidates.
  • Ensure Recruitment and Selection cycle is well adhered to as per the internal Policy.
  • Ensure new hires proper onboarding.
  • Maintain Recruitment Unit reporting and KPIs achievement
  • Implement employer branding initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (assessment center..)
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
