Job Description
- Expand and utilize different candidates’ sourcing channels for the various positions
- Conduct Competency Based Interviews and ensure culture fit and initial job fit. Provide hiring managers with shortlists of potential candidates.
- Extend Job Offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure Recruitment and Selection cycle is well adhered to as per the internal Policy.
- Ensure new hires proper onboarding.
- Maintain Recruitment Unit reporting and KPIs achievement
- Implement employer branding initiatives
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (assessment center..)
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker.
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
