ROLE SUMMARY
Non-Sales/Non demand generation role commercial role, focused on providing educational & scientific content and supporting HCPs. Purpose to improve the impact of our medicines and vaccines on patients and society. Create better customer experience.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES



Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content Streamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Channels and Portal)
Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise Improve service provided along with design expertise Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy

QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



Medical/Science or any relative sciences bachelor’s degree required. 4+ years of Commercial/Sales/CS experience Able to demonstrate strong collaboration with internal cross functions such as market Access, H&V/Pricing, HAS, SHP, Medical, Network AM, Biopharma Ops Regulatory, Supply, Finance, PX and Legal Leading without authority and winning in the right way Business and financial acumen. Fluent written and spoken English and local language
