Project Quality Control Manager

1. Ensuring compliance with Quality System Regulations, ISO 9000:2015, Company Quality System and Project specific procedures. 

2. Participation in Bid Evaluations, Kick-Off, Pre-Inspection meetings, Project Risk Management Process. 

3. Working within the project team to maintain compliance with Project specification, while helping the project progress through the development process. Reviewing and approving device master records and associated design changes. 

4. Liaison with Customer, Supplier & sub-contractors for all Quality issues. Manage Client representative, maintain cordial relationship with Client Representative and ensure that client quality requirements are understood, agreed and fulfilled.

 5. Appraise vendor’s capability to provide suitable product/service. Manage vendor inspection programs, ensure proper planning for inspection activities & approving the inspection release. 

6. Understanding the project requirements & Developing Project Quality Plan, Project oriented procedures, providing training to the team, assessing completeness of resolutions, facilitating anomaly meetings & Maintaining Project procedures and records. 

7. Assigning jobs to the team for flawless & timely project completion. 

8. Plan & Conduct External & Internal audits, identifying areas to be improved, Resolving Open issues with action plans and corresponding metrics/reporting.

 9. Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met. 

10. Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. 

11. Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety. 

12. Making sure that constructions activities complied with international and national standards.
