The Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate and sales-minded individual to lead our Sales & Marketing Division as the Director of Marketing.

The Director of Marketing forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel. The Director oversees all marketing activities with the support of teams including sales, catering, reservations, and public relations for the Hotel and ensures that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate:
- A track record of driving business to be a market leader in RevPar & EBITDA.
- An ability to develop strong relationships with owners, understand their vision and market the property accordingly.
- Engaged and personal approach to team leadership - both divisional and for global hotel.
- Experience in assembling and developing high caliber, results driven individuals.
- Proficiency in implementing a marketing plan, forecasting and identifying business trends.
- Effective and concise communication to individuals within all levels of the organization.
- An artful approach to marketing and promoting the hotel both internally and externally.
- College degree and a minimum of 3 years as Director of Marketing in a luxury Hotel is required.
Regular travel is required with this position.
