Job Description
- Implementation and monitoring of a Manpower plan and process, including staffing needs analyses
- Development, implementation execution and monitoring of a Recruitment plan and process
- Conduct selection interviews, advises on candidate selection for senior staff Manage issues and risks within Workforce Management & Recruitment
- Provides input for HR reporting on Workforce Management & Recruitment
- Coaching and providing guidance to junior specialists Resolving issues within area of responsibility and timely escalates to superior if needed
- Effective cooperation with stakeholders in the organization to determine (ad hoc) staffing and recruitment needs
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and other staffing agencies
- To update departmental managers on the status of the availability of suitable candidates for the required vacancies
- To record all steps involved in the recruitment process
- To provide agencies with the status of CVs after receiving the same from them
- To send approved candidates to the security clearance and then for visa formalities
