Job Description
- Define the business process, procedures, work instructions, and implementation templates, using standard frameworks.
- Execute process definition/ improvements projects and manage business owners and stakeholders.
- Design process implementation taking into consideration cycle time, SLA, and key performance Indicators.
- Monitor process performance and compliance reports, assess process capability, investigate root cause analysis and Identify “to-be” activities.
- Develop processes improvement initiatives using lean-six sigma methodologies and process automation.
