Job Description

  • Attract the most suitable doctors & Medical background candidates using various resources as, Social Media or Employee Referrals for finding the top talent .
  • Ensure the organization hires, retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline, guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed and provides assistance such as technical guidance to medical recruitment specialists.
  • Assist recruitment Section Head preparing a Medical recruitment plan. 
  • Prepare pipeline for all Medical hospital positions in order to reduce the vacant days. 
  • Document daily activities and report to superior managers.
  • Oversees the filling of any new appeared open vacancies by posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contracting & interviewing the applying candidates. 
  • Conduct & handle interviews to select according to the required criteria.
  • Oversees the orientation to the new comers regarding their department, colleges, and BU directors. 
  • Responsible for the Exclusive Doctors contracts and the Renewals.
  • Responsible for overseeing the approval cycles of offers, renewal contracts, candidate transfer & manpower increase. 
  • Send offers to exclusive accepted candidates, negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation.
  • Oversees the Data base management.
  • Maintain Medical recruitment team processes to hiring the most suitable candidates. 
  • Ensures fair and robust selection processes, ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
  • Communicate with candidates to ensure they are fully advised of processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
  • Schedule meeting to sign exclusive contract with the top management & on boarding with all related department. 
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide advice, coaching and support to Medical recruitment team.
  • Develop good business relationships with Medical leaders at the organization.
  • Review performance of related departments in coordination with organizational development team in order to analyze the current and futuristic needs and requirements related to recruitment process.
  • Develop sourcing solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Vet or Science is a must.
  • Minimum Experience : 1 year in health care field.
  • HR Certificate holders are preferred.
  • Max age : 35
  • Very good command of written and spoken in English.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Decision Maker.
