Job Description
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
- Checking technical designs and architectural drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Create, review and modify shop drawing submittals for approvals
- Take immediate corrective actions to avoid any cumulative effect of deviation and recover the delay to finish the tasks according to the deadlines.
- Conduct quantity survey submittal for approvals
Job Requirements
- Must be a resident in Port said or Cairo
- Males Only
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of shop drawings
- Experience in Site Construction work.
- BA/BS degree in Civil
- Familiar with building code and zoning
- Technical knowledge of all building systems such as electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, etc.
- 4 -7 Years of Experience
- Presentable.
- An eye for detail
- Show respect, flexibility and loyalty towards colleagues throughout the organization.
- Mastering AutoCAD
- Proficient in MS Tools, Excel & Word.
- Very good in English
