Job Description
- Daily follow-up to the relevant factory departments to prepare the quantities required for the port of shipment
- Contacting export clients to coordinate with them until the required quantities come out to the port of shipment
- Contact export clients to coordinate with them until the required quantities arrive
- Measuring the extent of customer satisfaction or any complaints submitted by the customer
- Grow our export business by maintaining successful long-term client relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor, plan, develop sales activity, participate in setting goals, and establishing the organization sales policies.
- Coordinate and Direct sales activities with other departments.
- Prepare pricing and discount rates.
- Submitting periodic sales reports.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the same position specifically in Industrial field
- Have experience in African sales markets is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent in using the MS Office
- Outstanding communication skills.
