Rewrite a book summary of 350 to 450 pages

I have a religious book which I need to be summarized and reduced entitled The Principles of Interpretation, about 350-450 pages of text, and the explanation of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, and this is the methodology for abbreviation:

 Do not include digressions in the summary.
Honesty in the quality of the summary
 Distinguishing the origin of the message from the explanation of the sheikh, with a dividing line between them or in colors.
 Comprehensiveness of the summary of the book and not dropping any chapter from it.
 The integrity of the Arabic language (grammar and spelling)
 Good wording and clarity of phrase.
 Good overall output.

 The file must be written by computer or phone, and it must be submitted in pdf or doc format.
 The font size can be your default and the font used is
traditional arabic
The average number of lines per page is between 22 and 25 lines.

The abbreviation is expected to be within 100 medium-sized pages in word count or default
