Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) to be responsible for receiving customer problems, reviewing them, answering them, etc. Additionally, the TSR will be conducting tests, analyzing results, and reporting observations related to CHAMELEON software. The TSR should be result-driven and have good communication skills.
Typical Tasks
- Executing tests on software usability
- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out
- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
- Do training, presentation and customers support.

Reports to Sales Manager and Technical Manager
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Certifications/Diplomas and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Some knowledge of software systems
- Speak, read, and write in both English and Arabic
- Attention to Detail: Job requires being very diligent and attentive to every detail
