- Reviewing blueprints instruction and specification to compare the product with the quality expectations.
- In charge of product and quality control throughout the manufacturing process
- supervise cleanliness verification on equipment and other places as needed
- In charge of accurately recording and filing all pertinent record logs and documentation.
- Assures that all safety procedures are followed by staff.
- Check the standardization of all measurement equipment on a regular basis.
- Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner with coordination with production engineer.
- Daily report about defective products including information about (way of testing, performance, records)
- Submit report to quality section head.
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring weights and examining functionality
- Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
- Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Proposing improvements to the production process
- Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements
- Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
- Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
- Follow up on the implementation of 5S procedures through inspections, checks, and writing non-conformance cases to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
