Job Description
- Receive applications from the branch for loan submissions.
- review and evaluate loan documents according to policy.
- validate with the clients through field visits and phone calls.
- review and evaluate credit applications submitted by branches to identify potential risks of the borrower.
- Ensure compliance with credit risk policies, standards, procedures and other internal regulations in lending operations and decisions taken.
- Prepare performance reports related to applications approval/rejection rates, reasons for rejection, processing time of application, etc. for senior risk officer.
- Guarantee the confidentiality of processed information, both clients and company.
- Identify and evaluate any operational credit risk weakness and use the methodology set in the risk management framework to provide recommendations.
- Identify and report suspicious Cases and decisions to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Excellent MS office
- Good knowledge of work processes.
- Numerical skills and the ability to evaluate costs
