We are hiring a " Sales Manager " (Real Estate Experience ) the location in (Tanta) with the below details:
- Responsible to develop and execute sales plans to meet company’s objectives.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Assisting in direct selling to increase the company’s revenue.
- Representing the company in various exhibitions and events in the local markets to promote the company's projects.
- Training and development of sales staff .
Job Requirements
- Experience of 3+ years as a Sales Manager in real estate organizations is a Must.
- Must be Tanta Resident.
- Strong technical sales skills and product knowledge of Real Estate industry.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to management and write reports.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
