Job Description

  • To provide operational effectiveness to the administrative activities to ensure that the company has the necessary resources to realize its business plans in the short, medium and longer-term.
  • Guides and deploys systems in place for the entire administrative activities and overseas them for implementation.
  • Managing employee relations, contracts & agreements, personnel administration, insurance, security, transportation, drivers, hotel reservations, reception activities, follow up cleaning activity, controlling stationery and office services, relations with authorities and legal issues.
  • Prepares administration budget and tracks continuously the administrative costs and controls expenses well with in the budget.
  • PR activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business related discipline
  • 2– 4years' experience.
  • Very Good standard of Written and Spoken English.
  • Excellent standard of Computer skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
