Job Description
- Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices.
- Communicating with dispatch to ensure that drivers have accurate information about their routes.
- Follow up regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations.
- Interviewing for hiring new employees.
- Training new employees on safety procedures and company policies
- Assigning routes to drivers based on customer needs.
- Monitor drivers' itineraries via GPS and follow up on fuel consumption
Job Requirements
- B.A in any relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
