Job Description
- Hayat Dental Group is a leading Dental Company operated in Cairo since 2004 and
- located in Heliopolis.
- We are looking to hire Full Time Sales Representative (Indoor):
- Main Responsibilities:
- Answering customer’s questions and resolving problems, informing customers about product availability and product prices.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Working with sales team when closing sale
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Maintaining database (ERP, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Job Requirements
- Requirements
- Proven indoor sales experience- preferred in educational centers
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM or ERP
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Place of residence near to Heliopolis
- Previous experience in the dental field is preferred.
