Job Description
- Managing a calendar of professional meetings, conferences and personal appointments
- Answering and transferring phone calls, appropriately forwarding messages and following up on inquiries
- Preparing and proofreading reports and other industry documents

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an English based faculty (Commerce-Arts-Business-Languages-Mass Communications)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Previous experience in relevant field is preferable
- 0-2 years experience
- Presentable
