Job Description

An International School in Alexandria is looking to hire HR Supervisor. 

Job Descripion:

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques, and Handling the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Phone screening potential candidates and setting up interviews’ appointments
  • Coordinating new hires orientation programs
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Handle employee engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Assisting in developing and communicating the Employee Handbook.
  • Assist in implementing OD programs to support organizational goals.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing the organizations' policies and procedures
  • Contributing to the development of HR strategies and plans and support their implementation.
  • Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks and performance target.
  • Support with talent assessment
  • Coordinate the training needed according to the training plan
  • Follow up the training process with the employees & inform them with any updates
  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
  • Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations.
  • Implementing an effective performance appraisal system.
  • Handling all processing associated with employee benefits.
  • Responsible for the systematic updated employees’ database.
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
  • Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers.
  • Track reviews and handle performance management issues with managers and staff

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a HR Supervisor or similar role preferred not less than 6 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word) is MUST.
  • Fluent in English.
