Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales and presence, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize our e-commerce platform and digital marketing efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful operation of our online store. Your strong analytical mindset and ability to think strategically will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving sales. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inventory management, and customer service, to develop and execute effective strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the e-commerce industry, with a deep understanding of online consumer behaviors and digital marketing trends. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels are essential in this role.


Responsibilities


Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring site functionality and performance

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online customer experience and drive conversion rates

Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising

Manage and coordinate our inventory and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order processing

Lead a team to continuously improve and update our website content, product pages, and other digital assets

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion, and average order value, and make strategic recommendations for improvement


Job Requirements

Skills RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industryStrong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerceProficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and successful track record of analyzing data to drive decision-makingSolid understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social mediaExperience managing and coordinating inventory and fulfillment operationsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
