Job Description

  • Ensure that the Department's administrative functions assigned are effectively carried out.
  • Manage and maintain the President/C.E.O’s diary, arranging meetings, hotels, and travel arrangements.
  • Commission, prepare, quality assure, and draft briefing material and presentations for the President/C.E.O’s in advance of meetings.
  • keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the President/C.E.O’s
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the President/C.E.O’s Coordinate meetings and conference calls; Calendar coordination, etc…
  • Coordinate end-to-end activities about business travel for President/C.E.O in a timely and effective method.
  • Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate various complex executive meetings.
  • Record & take meeting minutes accurately and professionally, including distribution and follow-up on arising actions therein.
  • Create & maintain a comprehensive & organized filing system for the President/C.E.O files and any other general documentation as may be required.
  • Receive and screen visitors, telephone calls, and meetings, requiring the use of judgment and the interpretation of policies, rules, procedures, and ordinances.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining all department supplies and arranging office maintenance and repair work.
  • Provide a service that aligns with the President/C.E.O work habits.

Job Requirements

Education:

 

Bachelor's degree.

 

Work Experience

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

 

Smart Village – October, Prefer Sheikh Zayed, October, Mohandessen & Zamalek residents.

 

PC Knowledge:Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fast typing speed in both English and Arabic.
Technical skills:Ability to develop memos, letters, and formal documents in both English and Arabic.
Personal skills:Strong communication skills, high level of emotional intelligence, organization, and decision-making. Strong sense of time management. And problem-solving. Excellent command of English, Presentable, Customer oriented.
Special requirements:
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and decision-making skills to respond to high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrate time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate executive's activities and major functions
