Job Description
- Supports in handling the student registration procedures as per approved process using the related student information system.
- Administers the creation and maintenance of academic/administrative records.
- Assures that all handled documents are archived properly and safely maintaining their integrity, completeness, security and ease of access.
- Coordinates the issuance of student related official documents from related authorities and ensures securing all required approvals.
- Receives and maintains student records related to grades, registration data, transcripts, student files, and associated audits.
- Handles daily office email traffic and ensure responding in a timely manner or redirecting to designated person.
- Maintains a high level of communication, collaboration, and a strong working relationship with all campus stakeholders dealing with Registrar Office.
- Support and advance the mission of the Registrar's Office.
- Analyses data and utilizes in appropriate reports as per Manager’s request.
- Pursues innovative approaches to integrate office functions and technologies to serve students.
- Performs any other task assigned by Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Business, or any relevant field.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent Command of English.
- Understanding of technology applications related to records and data management
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications essential; database Skills
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Problem-solving capability.
- Attentive to deadlines.
- Positive attitude and ability to plan and adapt to change.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and cross-functional teams.
