Job Description
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
- Maximize the productivity of machinery and workers
- Liaise with the design and manufacturing teams to review and develop suitable operational processes and testing systems, to successfully manufacture high-quality new products which meet customer specifications and delivery expectations
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Production or Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in steel production.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven experience in steel manufacturing and assembly line.
- Lean awareness.
- Capable of assessing engineering drawings.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Superb has written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
